The Affinity NXT mobile application (the "App") is provided by Mascari NXT for Affinity Group and its authorized users. This Privacy Policy describes how Mascari NXT ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App as an authorized Affinity Group sales team member.

By using the App, you acknowledge that Mascari NXT operates the technology platform and infrastructure, while Affinity Group manages user accounts and determines who has access to the App.

Information We Collect

Account Information

We collect and store your account information provided by Affinity Group, including:

• Name and email address
• Employee/user identification number
• Organization and role information
• Authentication credentials

Location Data

When you grant location permissions, we collect and use your device's location to:

• Display your current position on maps
• Calculate distances to customer locations
• Provide location-based features and services

Location data is linked to your user account for the purpose of activity tracking and reporting.

Device contacts (optional)

If you use Import from Contacts anywhere it appears in the App, we ask for permission to access contacts on your device only when you take that action—not beforehand and not in the background. On iOS and Android, the permission prompts and store listings explain why access may be requested, consistent with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.

When you allow access, your device's native contact picker opens so you can choose a contact. The App uses your selection to fill the same kinds of fields you could enter yourself—for example, contact name, phone number, and email—in whichever screen or workflow you are using. We do not upload, sync, or store your entire address book; only information from the contact you explicitly pick is used for that action.

If you deny permission or something goes wrong, you will see a clear message in the App so you can try again or enter details manually.

Content and Activity Data

We collect information you create or upload through the App, including:

• Photos of customer locations, menus, and shelf displays for sales activity documentation
• Profile videos recorded by sales representatives for display to customers on personalized sales pages
• Notes, comments, and other text content
• Customer interaction records and activity logs
• Communication with other users through the App

Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Unique device identifiers for push notifications
• App usage patterns and feature interactions
• Error logs and diagnostic information

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Enable sales activity tracking and reporting

• Prefill contact-related fields when you choose to import from device contacts

• Affinity Group: As the organization sponsoring your access to the App, Affinity Group has access to your information and activity data. This includes authorized personnel such as administrators, supervisors, and managers within Affinity Group who need access for business operations, performance management, and oversight.
• Within Your Organization: Your activities, customer interactions, and related data may be visible to other authorized users within Affinity Group as necessary for sales coordination and business operations.
• Service Providers: Mascari NXT may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, data storage, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mascari NXT, Affinity Group, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving Mascari NXT or Affinity Group, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

Data Retention

When your employment or relationship with Affinity Group ends, your account may be deactivated by Affinity Group. Mascari NXT retains data in accordance with our data retention policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations to Affinity Group.

Affinity Group, as the organization managing user access, determines the timeline for account deactivation and may request data retention or deletion in accordance with their policies and applicable law.

Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can view and update your account information within the App.
• Correction: You can correct inaccurate information through the App or by contacting support.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account by contacting your Affinity Group administrator or our support team. Note that Affinity Group and Mascari NXT may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
• Permissions: You can manage location, camera, microphone, contacts, and notification permissions through your device settings. Note that disabling certain permissions may limit App functionality.
• Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data by contacting support.

Since your account is managed by Affinity Group, certain requests (such as account deletion or data access) may need to be coordinated with your organization's administrator.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by authorized employees and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Maps: For location-based features (subject to Google's privacy policy)
• Push Notification Services: Apple Push Notification Service (iOS) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android)

These services have their own privacy policies governing their collection and use of information.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
